Sit & Go Chesskiddo Tournaments (K-12)

K-12 Quad is an abbreviation for quadrangular, a four-player chess tournament. The players will be divided into sections based on their ratings and will play a total of three rounds. This ensures that all players have a fair chance of winning the tournament because they compete against players of similar strength.

Any Benefits of Sit & Go Chesskiddo Tournaments?

What is a Sit & Go Chesskiddo Tournament?
Sit & Go quad is a fun competition perfect for chess players of all ages and skill levels. It’s a great way to build confidence, improve your chess skills and learn valuable life lessons. Quads tournaments are a great way to kick off the weekend, connect with other players, and gain USCF ratings.

Why Should You Play Sit-and-Go Quads League Tournaments?
If you’re a player with a low rating or no rating, it can be tough to win in a regular tournament format. But in Quads, players are divided into sections based on their age, strength, and rating, so you’ll be competing against players of similar skill levels. This means that you’ll have a fair shot at winning your section, and you’ll have a great time competing against players of a similar skill level.

So why not give it a try? Sign up for a Sit-and-Go Quads Tournament today!

Unrated Players:

Unrated players will be matched according to age, from oldest to youngest, and will receive a USCF provisional rating immediately following the game.
